A great reminder to students and to everyone - a good night of sleep can make all the difference!🌙 Countdown to IAR Test - Early to Bed 🌙
Wednesday Wisdom: A well-rested brain is a powerful one! 😴✨
Sleep plays a critical role in ensuring our students are at their best come test time. It's not just about quantity but quality too. Aiming for 8-10 hours of restful sleep can dramatically improve memory retention and sharpen focus. 🧠
As we inch closer to the IAR test, let's establish a calming bedtime routine for our kiddos. Turning off electronic devices, dimming the lights, or reading a book can signal to their bodies that it's time to wind down. 📘💡 Let's remind our students that while studying is important, sleep is their superpower for success!
Encourage your child to hit the hay a little earlier tonight for that extra boost in brainpower tomorrow. Keep an eye out for our next "Test Your Best" tip!

🌙Cuenta Regresiva para la Evaluación de IAR - ¡Acuéstate temprano! 🌙
