Sports, Fitness & Recreation

Club members develop fitness, positive use of leisure time, skills for stress management, appreciation for the environment and social skills through sports, fitness and recreational programs.

Young people learn teamwork and physical fitness through a variety of sports and games in the gymnasium, auditorium and outside. One of our main programs in this area, Triple Play, is a comprehensive health and wellness program that strives to improve the overall health of Club members ages 6-18 by increasing their daily physical activity, teaching them good nutrition and helping them develop healthy relationships.
